Initial Franchise Training includes a 3-part program.
- 3rd party coursework to obtain licensing (3 weeks – combination of online and in person.) (Ask us more about this.)
- 1-week management leadership in Birmingham, AL at our franchise training clinic. We cover important aspects of
running the business: marketing, sales strategies, financial management, goal setting and managing the business. - Clinical hours and support in your store. This on-site support is provided to each owner once the retail store and clinic
is ready to open its doors.
Each Complete Feet Pedorthist is anticipated to operate their local clinic and store under our guidance and national accreditation supervision to accrue the necessary clinical hours to acquire full licensing. Our goal is to have all owners licensed within the first year of business.
